The gardens were truly captivating with wonderful views of the lake. The ideal location was perfect for exploring the nearby shops and entertainment venues. Rooms were clean and well equipped with a desk to catch up on work and a TV to relax at night. The full English breakfast was delicious and dietary needs were easily accommodated.
Communication with the owner/manager was lacking at times which led to some confusion and frustration. It would have been appreciated to receive more information and updates in advance of our stay.

Had a wonderful Xmas break at a beautiful hotel near a picturesque lake! the gardens were breathtaking and there were incredible views from the private terrace. the rooms were clean and tidy, with super comfortable beds and everything I needed, like my own personal hostess tray. the location was unbeatable, right next to transport links and shopping centers, and I felt very safe within the premises.
I experienced some communication issues with the management. They transferred my reservation to another establishment without consulting me, which left me feeling quite frustrated.
